Summer's End Gloom

Ugh, summer vacation is finally over/already gone/winding down. I know I should be excited about seeing my friends/hitting the books/starting a new year, but all I feel is melancholy/dread/a sense of impending doom. My bed feels extra cozy/comfy/inviting this morning, and the thought of early wake-up calls/assignments/exams just makes me want to curl up and hide/pull the covers over click here my head/disappear. I guess it's all part of growing up/there's no escaping it/we just have to face it, but that doesn't mean it has to be terrible/awful/miserable. Maybe there are some silver liningsreconnecting with old friends to this whole back-to-school thing.
